The short answer
- AgencyAnalytics: best if you want to pay per client, keep staff seats unlimited and be billed in Canadian dollars.
- DashThis: best if you want a flat monthly price set by how many dashboards you run, with white-label features on every plan.
- SE Ranking with its Agency Pack add-on: best if your reports are mostly SEO and you want rank tracking, audits and white-label reports in one tool.
No stars and no scores. We picked these three because each publishes full pricing and terms we could read, and each is built for agencies reporting to clients.
How we chose
- What we did: On Oct 23, 2026, we read each tool's public pricing page and its terms of service. For AgencyAnalytics we also re-read its privacy policy and white-label page. Sources are numbered at the bottom.
- What we didn't do: We didn't start a trial, connect client data or build a report in any of them. Nothing here describes how the tools perform in use.
- What we left out: Review-site ratings, testimonials and customer counts. We can't verify them.
- CAD figures: AgencyAnalytics publishes CAD prices, so we quote those. For DashThis and SE Ranking, CAD figures are our arithmetic at the Bank of Canada rate for Oct 22, 2026 (1 USD = 1.4021 CAD) [10]. Your card issuer uses its own rate and may add a fee.

AgencyAnalytics
Best for: agencies with a handful to a couple of dozen clients who want CAD billing and don't want to pay per seat.
What it does well. It charges per client and lists unlimited staff accounts, unlimited reports and dashboards, and a white-labeled client portal with every client [1]. The trial is 14 days with no credit card, and the pricing FAQ offers a 30-day money-back guarantee [1]. Monthly plans have "no commitment" [1]. It bills in CAD if you choose it at checkout [1], and its terms are governed by Ontario law [8].
Where it falls short. Cost rises with every client, and volume pricing for 25+ clients isn't published [1]. Annual plans "require a 1-year commitment" [1]. Its pricing page and its white-label page still disagree on which branding features every plan gets. On Oct 23, 2026, the white-label page still said "Available on select plans" [2]. Its terms also say you "may be required to enter your billing information" to start a trial, even though the pricing page says no card is needed [1][8].
Pricing, checked Oct 23, 2026: US$20 per client per month billed annually, US$25 monthly; CA$27 and CA$34 in CAD [1].
We cover it in more depth in our AgencyAnalytics review.
DashThis
Best for: small agencies that want one predictable monthly bill and white-label reports from the cheapest plan up.
What it does well. Plans are sized by dashboards and data sources, and DashThis says users "usually create one dashboard per client" [3]. Every plan lists unlimited users and all integrations [3]. On the pricing table we captured, custom logo, custom colour themes, white-labeled dashboards, custom domain and custom email are ticked on all four plans [3]. Automated email dispatch, link sharing and PDF export are listed as sharing features [3]. The footer says "Made in Canada," and the terms are governed by Quebec law [3][4].
Where it falls short. Prices are in USD only [3]. Data sources are capped per plan. A source is each connected account, such as one Google Ads account or one GA property [3]. The terms say there are no refunds, that prices may change between billing cycles, and that fees exclude sales taxes [4]. The pricing FAQ says you can cancel "whenever you need to" and will "only be charged for the rest of your current pay period" [3]. But the terms say you "cannot unilaterally terminate the Agreement" except for listed reasons [4]. Ask DashThis how cancellation works before you choose annual billing.
Pricing, checked Oct 23, 2026 (USD):
| Plan | Dashboards / sources | Billed yearly | Billed monthly |
|---|---|---|---|
| Individual | 3 / 15 | $44/month (about CA$61.69) | $54/month (about CA$75.71) |
| Professional | 10 / 40 | $139/month (about CA$194.89) | $164/month (about CA$229.94) |
| Business | 25 / 100 | $279/month (about CA$391.19) | $324/month (about CA$454.28) |
| Standard | 50 / 200 (adjustable) | $429/month (about CA$601.50) | $499/month (about CA$699.65) |
AI Insights Pro is an add-on at $19 a month, or $15 a month billed yearly [3]. Source: [3]. CAD is our conversion at 1.4021.

SE Ranking (with Agency Pack)
Best for: SEO-led agencies whose monthly report is mostly rankings, audits and search visibility.
What it does well. It's a full SEO platform. Core includes 10 projects, 2,000 tracked keywords a day, website audits and a report builder with 10 reports [5]. The Agency Pack add-on lists "White label for platform and reporting," 30 client seats and unlimited scheduled reporting with AI summaries [5]. The trial is 14 days with no credit card [5]. Annual subscriptions include free assisted migration [5].
Where it falls short. It's an SEO tool first. The integrations named on its pricing page are Data Studio, Matomo, GA and GSC [5]. If your reports cover paid ads and social, check its integrations list first. Agency Pack is annual billing only [5]. The pricing page shows "$" without naming a currency [5]. The terms say payments are non-refundable except where service is poor, that you pay any sales taxes, and that California law governs [6]. Customers paying in USD are served by SER Acquisition Inc., which lists a registered address in Wilmington, Delaware [6]. The terms also say you'll be "notified... that Customer's subscription needs to be renewed" at the end of a term [6]. Check your billing settings so the renewal doesn't surprise you.
Pricing, checked Oct 23, 2026:
| Billed annually | Billed monthly | |
|---|---|---|
| Core (10 projects, 1 seat) | $103.20/month | $129/month |
| Growth (30 projects, 3 seats) | $223.20/month | $279/month |
| Agency Pack add-on | +$69/month | Not offered (annual only) |

What 10 clients would cost
Our arithmetic from the listed prices, on annual billing, before tax and add-ons:
- AgencyAnalytics: 10 clients × US$20 = US$200 a month, or CA$270 at its CAD price [1].
- DashThis: the Professional plan covers 10 dashboards and 40 sources for US$139 a month, about CA$194.89 [3]. That's four sources per client on average.
- SE Ranking: Core plus Agency Pack is US$172.20 a month, about CA$241.44 [5]. Core covers 10 projects. We couldn't confirm from the pricing page which Agency Pack option pairs with Core, so ask before you buy.
These aren't like-for-like. AgencyAnalytics and DashThis are built around multi-channel dashboards. SE Ranking is an SEO suite with reporting on top.
Canada notes
- Currency. Only AgencyAnalytics publishes CAD prices [1]. DashThis charges in USD [4]. SE Ranking's page doesn't label its currency [5].
- Sales tax. DashThis fees exclude sales taxes [4]. SE Ranking says you're responsible for sales and similar taxes [6]. AgencyAnalytics doesn't publish GST/HST handling on the pages we read [1][8]. Ask each vendor whether it will charge GST/HST, and give it your GST number if it asks.
- Governing law. Ontario for AgencyAnalytics [8], Quebec for DashThis [4], California for SE Ranking [6].
- Data location. AgencyAnalytics' privacy policy says data is processed in "Canada and the USA" [9]. We didn't review DashThis's or SE Ranking's privacy policies for this page. Check them before you connect client accounts.
- CASL. If a scheduled report email also pitches a new service, treat it as commercial. The CRTC says a message is a commercial electronic message if one of its purposes is to encourage the recipient to take part in a commercial activity. Those messages need consent, sender identification and an unsubscribe mechanism [7]. Keep automated reports to the report.
FAQ
